At Connect & Cultivate, we believe high-quality mental health care should be both effective and accessible. As a licensed psychologist, services are often covered in part by health insurance and can be paid for using Health Savings (HSA) or Flexible Spending (FSA) accounts.
To make care more affordable, we’re considered out-of-network with insurance plans, meaning you pay upfront and are often reimbursed for 50–80% of your session costs through your benefits.
-
Psychotherapy with a Licensed Psychologist is $250 per 50-minute session, which also includes reasonable paperwork, referrals, assessments and resourcing needed to support your goals.
Since I am an out-of-network provider, most clients end up paying significantly less after their insurance reimburses them for a portion of their sessions. To make the process even easier, I submit superbills on your behalf so you automatically receive your out-of-network benefits.
I’m happy to answer other cost and insurance questions at a free consultation.

Absolutely not. I’m licensed to practice in all PSYPACT participating states, which allows me to offer virtual sessions to clients across the U.S. This is especially convenient for college students or professionals who travel frequently, as care can continue seamlessly no matter where you are.
In-person sessions are available in Lewisburg, Pennsylvania.
PSYPACT states currently include:
Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, District of Columbia, Georgia, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Maine, Maryland, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Jersey, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, Washington, West Virginia, and Wisconsin. If you live outside a PSYPACT state, there are often short-term allowances for ongoing clients to continue therapy while traveling.

I do not participate with any insurance panels directly, but I am considered an out-of-network provider. This means you pay for sessions up front, and your insurance company reimburses you directly for a portion of the cost—often between 50–80%.
Plus, we’ll file the paperwork for you to receive your out-of-network benefits—so you don’t have to handle the extra insurance work 🎉.
If you have questions about reimbursement, your insurance provider can confirm your specific coverage for “out-of-network outpatient psychotherapy or I can answer any questions during a free consultation.
