Individual Therapy
In-person psychotherapy in Lewisburg, PA and virtual telehealth services nationwide
My expertise
Much of my practice is built around what doesn't fit a diagnosis. I work closely with:
Anxiety that arrives without a clear cause
A grief that hasn't moved the way you expected it to
Drinking, smoking, or using that started as a release and became a routine
Hours on your phone you can't quite account for
A loss of interest in things that used to feel like yours
Decisions you keep deferring
Relationships that feel performative
Achievement that hasn't translated into relief
A body that registers stress before the mind does
Loneliness inside close relationships
The exhaustion of managing how you come across
FAQ’s

It's a free fifteen-minute call, and it's low-key. You tell me a little about what's bringing you in and what you're hoping for, I answer any questions about how I work, fees, or logistics, and together we get a feel for whether we're a good match. No pressure, no commitment — just a chance to figure out your best next step. If I'm not the right fit, I'll happily point you toward someone who is.

We typically offer standing, recurring appointment times, either weekly or bi-weekly. When weekly availability allows, we often recommend starting weekly, since therapy tends to be most effective with consistency, especially in the beginning.
If a weekly time isn't available, we'll begin bi-weekly and adjust as openings shift. After the first six weeks, we'll check in together and decide what frequency feels most supportive, whether that means continuing weekly or moving to bi-weekly. Throughout, we'll stay attuned to what works best for you.

In person in Lewisburg, and virtually with clients across much of the country. A large part of my practice is out-of-state — people who searched specifically for the kind of work I do and decided the right psychologist was worth finding, wherever she happened to be. Through PSYPACT, I provide telehealth across a growing list of participating states, which means distance rarely has to be the reason you settle for a different fit. If you're not sure whether your state qualifies, I'll confirm it before we schedule.

As an out-of-network provider, many clients end up paying significantly less than the session rate after insurance reimbursement. To make the process as easy as possible, I submit superbills on your behalf so you automatically receive your out-of-network benefits.

Every client’s process is unique, and results depend on your goals, readiness, and engagement in the work. Most clients begin to notice shifts in mindset, clarity, or self-awareness within just a few months.

As licensed psychologists, we’re considered out-of-network with insurance plans, meaning you pay upfront and are often reimbursed for 50–80% of your session costs through your benefits.

We don't lead with diagnosis unless naming something serves a real purpose in your care. The work centers on your lived experience — making sense of the symptoms, patterns, stressors, and challenges showing up in your life — rather than reducing you to a category in a manual.
That said, diagnostic language earns its place sometimes. It can sharpen insight, offer validation, guide treatment planning, support a referral, or simply help you understand what you've been carrying. When a diagnosis becomes clinically relevant, we'll talk about it together — openly, and with you in the room for the decision.
One practical note: if you choose to pursue out-of-network reimbursement through superbills, your insurer requires a mental health diagnosis on the documentation. That's standard for insurance billing across the board, and you'll always know when diagnostic language becomes part of your record. Nothing about your care gets decided without your knowing.

My practice is independent and outpatient, and I know the local landscape well. I coordinate with primary care and psychiatric providers at Evangelical and Geisinger when shared care serves you better, and I work with students, faculty, and staff connected to Bucknell, Susquehanna, and the wider Susquehanna Valley. If you're already seeing a physician or psychiatrist, I'll communicate with them — with your written consent — so your care stays coordinated rather than fragmented.
